While the Company is preparing to list American Depositary Shares representing its common shares on a U.S. stock exchange to steadily and sustainably increase corporate value, details of the listing such as the schedule, listing market, and listing method have not yet been decided, and the Company may decide not to continue pursuing the listing depending on the circumstances over the course of the preparation.
