Kioxia Holdings Corporation, the world leader in memory solutions, today announced the appointment of Masashi Suekane as Director, effective immediately. He has served as Statutory Auditor since 2020. Prior to that he served as Director from 2018 to 2020. And the company appointed Shunsuke Nakahama as Statutory Auditor, effective immediately. Director David Gross stepped down as Director, effective August 29, 2024.
