Renewal of Kioxia Group Standards of Conduct

Kioxia Holdings Corporation announced today that it has revised the Kioxia Group Standards of Conduct as of April 1, 2022. The revised Group Standards of Conduct stipulate that each company of the Kioxia Group and its officers and employees will conduct business based on the principles of fairness, integrity and transparency, and contribute to the establishment of a sustainable society. The revised version covers the following seven topics, which reflect the current expectations of the public with regard to corporations:

 

  1. Sound Business Management
  2. Fair Business Operations
  3. Quality and Publications
  4. Social Participation
  5. The Environment
  6. Human Rights and Diversity
  7. Risk Management

 

We will continue to make sincere efforts to manage and operate our businesses in a sustainable and ethical manner, aiming to be a group that is trusted by all our stakeholders.
